Cancellation policy:
- The payment of a 30% non-refundable deposit by bank transfer confirms you reservation.
- The outstanding 70% is to be paid by bank transfer 30 days before arrival.
- If the reservation is cancelled on your behalf within 30 days of arrival the total amount is charged.
- If the reservation should be cancelled on our behalf at any time, 100% refund is guaranteed.
- A security deposit of 250€ is due in cash at arrival and will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the property.
- Check-in time is between 16h and 22h.

Lunch in cool pine forest. Goat and cow herd with bells came through it was a special magical experience like going back in time to a simpler lifestyle.
Later we did some real off-roading to come to a secret lake where we all went for a swim (including Anton) it was a real treat to cool off there.
